You died saving strangers and woke up in chains in another world. Now you break every chain you find.

Chainbreaker is a story-rich text RPG you play in your browser or on your phone. A strange voice called the Witness has dropped you into Ostrel, a fantasy world where too many doors are locked and too many people are sold behind them. You start on a slaver's wagon. You don't stay there.

• Break out and fight back. Turn-based battles, levels, stats and skills, and gear to find, buy and forge.
• Free people, every time. Buy their freedom, steal it, talk your way to it or fight for it. Everyone you rescue is freed on the spot, and it's their choice whether they stay.
• Earn their trust. Companions who join you have their own pasts, quests and abilities. Talk, bring gifts and fight side by side to grow closer, with flirty, slow-burn romance for those who want it.
• Build a home. Turn the Lantern House into a safe place for everyone you've freed.
• Your choices stick. Sneak, bluff, bargain or brawl. Characters remember.
